Turned old panel inside the house into a junction box. Verified 2 ground rods. Corrections: 1. Bond to incoming metallic waterline within 5ft of entering the structure. NEC-250.53D (There is a #6 run through the basement, could not tell where it starts or ends. Also, it has a splice with a split bolt and is run through EMT that would have to be bonded at both ends of the conduit run. 2. Install the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors per the IRC. IRC-R314 and R315 3. The cover for the junction box is not thick enough to meet the requirement of 314.101
