4-601.11 — (B), and (C) Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment were not kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris.
Corrective action: Observed spilled milk on the floor of the dairy walk-in cooler. Informed person in charge that food and nonfood contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Milk was cleaned during the inspection.
