Corrective action: Cut leafy greens, house made dressings and salsas, blue cheese, cut tomatoes, cold cuts, beans, eggs, and shredded cheese all had temperatures ranging from 44 F - 50 F. None of the items were over the four hour limit and were moved to another cooler.
3-603.11 — Menu had a consumer advisory, but did not have the burgers marked.
Corrective action: Provided education about creating a separate statement for customers regarding consumer advisory for customers.
