Corrective action: Observed 1 container of cooked spaghetti held over 24 hours without proper date marking. Person in charge placed proper date marking on container during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed packages of green chili thawing in the prep sink without running water. Person in charge placed chilies in the walk-in cooler.
