Spoke to person in charge about only using gloves for one task. Raw animal foods were not separated from ready-to-eat foods during storage, or preparation, to prevent cross-contamination. Observed raw shelled eggs stored above ready to eat foods and sauces. Eggs were moved.

Corrective action: Observed hand soap stored in an unlabeled squeeze bottle. Bottle wase labeled.
3-304.14 — Wiping cloths were not held in a reasonably clean sanitizer solution of appropriate concentration between use.
Corrective action: Observed several dry towels being used to clean without a sanitizer solution.
