None — 16: 4-501.114(A)-(E),(F)(1)-(2) Chlorine sanitizing solution intended to sanitize food contact surface(s) did not have a concentration between 50-200 ppm along with the corresponding pH and temperature. Inspector observed that the mechanical dishwasher was not holding the proper chlorine concentration. Person in charge was instructed to use one of the three compartment sinks to sanitize the dishes for at least one minute after washing and rinsing in the mechanical dishwasher. A work order will be submitted for the dishwasher to be repaired.
