Corrective action: Observed 1) buildup of grease and food debris on the side of the fryer and handwashing sink and 2) buildup of condensation ice in the frozen fried food freezer. Spoke to person in charge about cleaning frequency of equipment.
None — 51: 5-205.15(B) The plumbing system was not maintained in good repair. Observed 2 faucets leaking in the dishwashing area. Work order was placed to repair leaks.
4-204.11 — Ventilation systems are not cleaned and/or filters are not changed so as not to be a source of contamination.
Corrective action: Observed excessive buildup of grease that was dripping into the fryer. Spoke to person in charge about removing and washing filters when they are soiled.
