Corrective action: Observed ranch, chicken salad, pasta salad, and other items without a date mark on container. All items were date marked.

Corrective action: Observed several spray bottles without the label or mislabeled. All bottles were labelled.
6-202.15 — Outer openings were not protected against the entry of pests.
Corrective action: Light form outside was visible under the back door. Work order was placed top repair weather stripping.

Corrective action: Observed facility using both chlorine and quaternary ammonia sanitizers with no chlorine test strips. Inspector provided test strips to person in charge.
