Corrective action: Observed salsas in a melted ice bath being held at 45 degrees F ambient air. Spoke with person in charge about ensuring ice bath is being maintained with ice to ensure proper temperature. More ice was added during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed tamales and hot dogs with a date mark of 4/10 which was the freezer date. Spoke with person in charge about adding the thawing date for these items.
