Corrective action: Observed 2 hand washing sinks without paper towels. Observed no hand washing soap at another sink. Supplies were restocked.

Corrective action: Observed several pans of cooked foods and opened containers of cream without datemark in the walkin cooler. Items were date marked.
3-501.13 — Reduced oxygen packaged (ROP) fish was not thawed as indicated by a label on the package.
Corrective action: Raw fish was completely thawed without removing it form the ROP. Fish was discarded see voluntary condemnation.
