5-205.11 — 1) Handwashing sink does not provide water at a temperature of at least 85 degrees F.
Corrective action: The hand wash sink is Inoperative. Per person in charge, the wash section of the 3 compartment sink is being used to wash hands. Person in charge was informed that the hand sink shall be repaired as it is a required fixture for food preparation. 2) Hand washing sinks lacked hand washing supplies as required by the code. Observed paper towel dispenser out of paper towels. Paper towels were replenished during inspection.
4-702.11 — Equipment, utensils, and/or food-contact surfaces are not sanitized using approved methods after being cleaned and before use.
Corrective action: Eating trays and large serving utensils are not being sanitized. Person in charge was informed that equipment, utensils, and/or food-contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
3-501.17 — Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food(s) that require time or temperature control for safety and is held for more than 24 hours was not properly date marked.
Corrective action: Observed a gallon of 2% milk opened for longer than 24 hours with no open/discard dates. Dates were added to the milk during inspection and date marking guidance was provided and posted on the refrigerator.
4-501.16 — A ware washing sink may not be used for handwashing.
Corrective action: Per person in charge the wash compartment of the 3 compartment sink is used to wash hands due to the Inoperative hand sink. Person in charge was informed that the hand sink shall be repaired.
