Corrective action: Observed a build up of debris along the ice machine. Spoke with person in charge about cleaning frequency for this item.

Corrective action: Observed standing water in the drains during inspection. Spoke with person in charge about putting a work order in to get the drain snaked. 2. Observed hose for the mop sink laying in the basin of the sink. Spoke with person in charge about ensuring hose is to be up and away from the sink to prevent the risk of contamination due to a backflow issue.
