None — 6: 7.7.1(A)(2) Observed 1) chipped blue paint on the swing door to the toddler 1 room. 2) chipping white paint on the swing door to the building entrance area and 3) chipping paint on the half swing door to the toddler 2 room bathroom. Surfaces shall be repainted.

None — 16: 7.8.4(G) Toilet inserts in the pre k (UPK) and toddler 2 room are being disinfected at the end of the day. Person in charge and classroom teachers were informed they shall be disinfected after each use.

None — 23: 7.9.2(A)(2) Observed clean diapers, bibs, and bags of clothes, and toys stored in the toddler 1 and toddler 2 bathroom. Discussed proper storage with site director.

None — 33: 7.10.3(B)(1-4) Observed both teachers in the pre k (UPK) classroom not wash hands before putting on gloves to handle food. Discussed proper handwashing with classroom teacher and site director.

None — 34: 7.10.3(H) Observed several toothbrushes stored in no container in the toddler 2 bathroom. Discussed proper storage with site director.

7.11 — Observed open packages of deli meats in the kitchen refrigerator for longer than 24 hours with no open / discard dates.
