Spoke with person in charge about using bleach sanitizer for the three compartment sink to ensure items are being cleaned properly.
4-602.13 — Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment were not kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris.
Corrective action: Observed a build up of grease on the hood above the pizza area. Spoke with person in charge about cleaning frequency for this item.
