Corrective action: Cheese pizza and fried chicken had temperatures ranging from 134 F to 125 F. Items were not over the four hour limit and the Hot hold cabinet was turned up. Corrected on site. 2.) The fried chicken on the serve line had a temperature of 120 F. The hot hold on the line was turned up. Corrected on site.
3-501.16 — (A)(2) Milk in cooler on the line had a temperature of 48 F.
Corrective action: The cooler was unplugged. Corrected on site: cooler was plugged back in.
