Observed the chorine concentration sanitizer in the dining area below 50 ppm. Person in charge remade sanitizer during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed 6 quarts of rice holding at 48 in the upright cold holding unit from the day before. Rice was discarded during inspection. See voluntary condemnation.

Corrective action: Observed 1 container of oyster sauce without label. Person in charge placed label on container.
