Corrective action: Observed employee drinking from a cup without a lid and straw. Spoke with person in charge about proper employee beverage.
5-205.11 — Hand washing sinks are not accessible to food employees.
Corrective action: Observed the hand-washing sink in the back food prep area obstructed with a stock pot. The stock pot was removed during inspection.
7-204.11 — Unapproved chemical sanitizers were used on food-contact surfaces.
Corrective action: Observed the concentration of chlorine sanitizing solution above 200 ppm in the food prep area. Person in charge remade solution to proper concentration.
3-304.14 — Wiping cloths were not held in a reasonably clean sanitizer solution of appropriate concentration between use.
Corrective action: Observed several wiping cloths stored outside of the sanitizer solution. Person in charge placed them back into sanitizer during inspection.
