Person in charge removed item during inspection. Poisonous or toxic materials that are not required for the operation and maintenance of the establishment were present in the facility. Observed floor finish stored in the food prep area. Person in charge removed item during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed 2 2-gal plastic containers with cooked chicken in the walk in cooler holding at 87 degrees for less than 2 hours. Person in charge placed containers in freezer.

Corrective action: Observed bins of sugar, flour and rice without labels. Person in charge placed labels on bins during inspection.
3-304.12 — In-use utensils were improperly stored (without the handle above the top of the food, not on a clean surface, not in running water, or not in water of at least 135°F).
Corrective action: Observed scoop inside a bin of flour with the handle submerged in the flour. Person in charge removed scoop during inspection.
