Corrective action: Observed: 1) Baseboard stripping under the three comp sink peeling off and forming surfaces that are not smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facilities were not cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Observed dust and debris on the metal rack that to go orders sit at. Spoke to employees about increasing cleaning frequency on this item.
