Observed sanitizer bucket in the kitchen area with a concentration of 0 ppm. Spoke with person in charge about ensuring chlorine sanitizer is between 50-200 ppm. Bucket was remade to proper concentration during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed lettuce, alfredo sauce, deli meat and cheese in the standing fridge without a date mark. Spoke with person in charge about adding a date mark to any items kept for more than 24 hours.
