Observed sanitizer in the dish machine with a lower concentration below 50 ppm. Sanitizer was primed to proper concentration during inspection.
4-601.11 — (B), and (C) Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment were not kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris.
Corrective action: Observed a buildup of grease debris along the back of the fryers and grills in the kitchen. Spoke with person in charge about cleaning frequency for these items.
6-403.11 — Personal belongings were stored in an unapproved area.
Corrective action: Observed employee drinks being stored on a food prep area in the kitchen. Spoke with person in charge regarding a desÃgnated area away from food prep for these items.
