Corrective action: Inspector observed the hand-washing sink in the kitchen without soap or paper towels readily available. Person in charge supplied the sink during the inspection.

Corrective action: Inspector observed mayonnaise and powder sugar in unlabeled containers. Person in charge was instructed to label all containers that ingredients are stored in, that are not the original packages.

Corrective action: Inspector observed employee food being stored with consumer food items. Person in charge separated the food items during the inspection.
