None — 15: 3-304.15(A) Single-use gloves were not discarded when they became soiled and/or damaged. Inspector observed an employee rub their face/adjust their glasses several times with the back of their hand while wearing gloves. Employee did not change their glove before going to handle ready to eat foods. Person in charge will provide instruction on proper glove use.

None — 16: 4-602.11(C) Quaternary ammonia sanitizing solution intended to sanitize food contact surface(s) was not in the concentration range specified in the manufacture's required concentration. Inspector observed a container of sanitizing solution that was lower than the required concentration. Person in charge swapped out the sanitizer during the inspection. Food contact surfaces were not clean to sight and touch. Inspector observed the cutting board at the sandwich prep station with excessive food debris and condiment staining that was not being wiped down at a regular enough interval. Person in charge was instructed to wipe the cutting board down more frequently.
