Corrective action: Observed dry towels on the counter being used to clean. Towels were moved to the sanitizer bucket.
3-304.12 — In-use utensils were improperly stored (without the handle above the top of the food, not on a clean surface, not in running water, or not in water of at least 135°F).
Corrective action: Observed in-use scoopers stored in 90°F water in a pan. Scoopers were removed from the pan of water. Spoke to person in charge about different options for cleaning and sanitizing.
