Corrective action: Inspector observed employee handle raw chicken and then change task to handling RTE fried chicken without a handwash. Inspector discussed proper hand-washing protocol with the employee and person in charge.
None — 10: 5-203.11(A) Hand washing sinks are not accessible to food employees. Inspector observed a large blue bucket in the handwashing sink. The bucket was removed from the sink during the inspection. Inspector discussed having the handwashing sinks clear and accessible with the person in charge.
3-501.18 — Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food(s) that require time or temperature control for safety was not discarded within 7 days of preparation or opening of product.
Corrective action: Inspector observed cut deli ham that was marked for disposal on 25Jul26 and inquired about the datemarking procedure. Person in charge stated that the items had been held over 7 days. The deli ham was discarded during the inspection. See voluntary condemnation.
