Corrective action: Observed pulled pork being thawed under running water not completely submerged. Thawing methods were corrected during inspection.

Corrective action: Reviewed cleaning of dead pests with person in charge.
3-304.12 — In-use utensils were improperly stored (without the handle above the top of the food, not on a clean surface, not in running water, or not in water of at least 135°F).
Corrective action: Observed a scoop without a handle stored directly in the ice bin. Scoop was moved during inspection.
