Corrective action: Inspector observed provolone cheese, chicken and steak above 41°F for over 4 hours in the cold unit furthest from the cash register. Person in charge discarded the items and lowered the unit's temperature setting. See voluntary condemnation.
6-501.112 — Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents or other pests were not removed from the establishment often enough to prevent accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests.
Corrective action: Inspector observed a sticky trap fully saturated with insects above the soda machines. Person in charge will speak with the pest contractor about frequency of changing out the sticky traps.
