Corrective action: Observed that the hand washing sink near the soda fountain lacked paper towels Spoke to the person in charge about this requirement.

Corrective action: Observed vape products containing nicotine being stored up against food items in the dry storage area. Discussed with the person in charge that all toxic chemical substances should be separated from food products during storage. Vapes were moved during the inspection to a lower shelf.
None — 37: 3-602.12(C) Consumers were not notified of presence of major food allergens in unpackaged foods as required by the code. Discussed with the person in charge about keeping a written notice to consumers about the major allergens that may be present in unpackaged foods. An allergen notice handout was sent via email to the person in charge.
4-602.13 — Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment were not cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent the accumulation of soil residues.
Corrective action: Observed a buildup of debris within the main oven used for reheating food items in the main kitchen prep area. Discussed with the person in charge about their cleaning frequency for this machine. Advised the person in charge to increase the cleaning frequency to be a daily occurrence to prevent the accumulation of grime which could contaminate food products.
None — 51: 5-205.15(B) The plumbing system was not maintained in good repair. Observed the three-compartment sink in the main kitchen prep area with a leak coming out of the main faucet. Discussed with the person in charge about the need to maintain plumbing systems to prevent leaking. The person in charge will be putting in a work order to get this repaired.
