Corrective action: Observed sanitizer bucket being filled and stored in the handwashing sink. Bucket was moved to the countertop. Hand washing sinks lacked signs telling employees that they must wash their hands. Signage was provided by inspector.
None — 15: 3-302.11(A)(1)-(2) Raw animal foods were not separated from ready-to-eat foods during storage, or preparation, to prevent cross-contamination. Observed raw pork stored above the pre-made sauce and ready to eat foods in the 2-door cooler. Pork was moved to the correct shelf during inspection.
3-501.17 — Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food(s) that require time or temperature control for safety and is held for more than 24 hours was not properly date marked.
Corrective action: Observed multiple items without date mark in the 2-door cooler. Items were dated with a marker.
3-302.12 — Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages shall be identified with common name.
Corrective action: Observed 1) MSG in an unlabeled bin 2) multiple containers with white powders without labels 3) multiple sauces without labels.
3-304.12 — In-use utensils were improperly stored (without the handle above the top of the food, not on a clean surface, not in running water, or not in water of at least 135°F).
Corrective action: Observed 1) a bowl with no handle was used to scoop flour 2) a bowl with no handle was used to scoop MSG. Bowls were replaced with scoopers with handles.
