None — 25: 7.9.4(A)(2)(c) Observed dry beans in Teddy Bears classroom sensory table for a couple weeks. Classroom staff were informed how long food items shall be in sensory table. Beans were removed from sensory table and table cleaned during inspection.

None — 9: 7.7.1(C)(1) Observed 1) Floor temperature in busy bees room at 65 degrees F. 2) Observed no floor thermometer in the leaping frogs toddler room. Discussed this with person in charge.
None — 16: 7.8.4(G) Toilet inserts in the main bathroom stalls are being disinfected after each group of children. Person in charge was informed that toilet inserts shall be disinfected after each child.

None — 33: 7.10.3(B)(1-4) Observed staff in the the busy bees room fail to wash hands after handling trash. Staff member was informed on when to wash and hands were washed during inspection.
7.11 — Observed 1) kitchen staff cutting cheese quesadillas with bare hands after being cooked.
Corrective action: 2) Lunchmeat stored on same shelf next to raw chicken. Lunch meat was moved to another shelf during inspection 3) Hotdogs and sliced deli turkey opened and stored longer than 24 hours with no date marking. Dates were added to food during inspection. Date marking guidance will be sent to person in charge via email.
