None — 17: 7.8.5(A) Observed really high pressure to the hand sink in infant 1 room. Sink shall be repaired as to function properly.
None — 21: 7.8.6(A)(4) Laundry sanitizer is not being used when staff take contaminated clothes/linins home to wash. Discussed this with person in charge.
None — 26: 7.9.4(A)(6) Toys in infant room 2 are being washed daily but washed, rinsed and sanitized weekly. Staff was informed that toys shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized daily.
None — 30: 7.10.1(C)(1) Observed illness log with several kids with the same symptoms (fever and vomiting) logged around the same time, staff failed to reach out to their health consultant. Discussed this with person in charge.

The 1st aid kit in the infant 2 room (back infant room) is missing cold pack and gloves. Discussed the required supplies with person in charge and the 1st aid kit in the new room was moved during inspection.

None — 44: 7.12.2(B) Observed staff clothing in both infant rooms were not covered or changed. Per person in charge, smocks have been ordered.
None — 45: 7.12.3(B) Sinks in infant rooms are being used for bottle prep and cleaning toys and dishes. The person in charge and I discussed toys and dishes will be washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the kitchen dishwasher and the classroom sinks will be used for bottle prep only.
None — 46: 7.12.3(E) Observed 2 cans of expired formula in infant 1 classroom. 1 can of Similac with expatriation date of 9/26 and 1 can of Enfamil with expiration date of 1/26. Both cans were discarded during inspection.
None — 50: 7.12.4(C)(1-10) Observe staff in infant room 2 kept gloves on throughout the diapering procedure. Staff and person in charge was informed gloves shall be removed with dirty diaper.

Per infant room staff, container of baby food is put in the refrigerator after feeding from container. Discussed other feeding options with person in charge and classroom staff.
