None — 16: 4-501.114(A)-(E),(F)(1)-(2) Chlorine sanitizing solution intended to sanitize food contact surface(s) did not have a concentration between 50-200 ppm along with the corresponding pH and temperature. Observed the mechanical warewashing equipment sanitizing solution reading at 25ppm. Discussed with the person in charge that mechanical warewashing equipment must be able to produce a sanitizer within the appropriate concentration. A work order will be submitted and the three comp sink will be used until it is fixed. The three comp sink was set up during the inspection to the appropriate concentration.

None — 37: 3-602.12(C) Consumers were not notified of presence of major food allergens in unpackaged foods as required by the code. Observed an allergen notice by the handwashing sink near the drive thru window. Discussed with the person in charge that an allergen notice should be easily visible to customers. The sign was moved to the front counter underneath the menu during the inspection.

None — 51: 5-205.15(B) The plumbing system was not maintained in good repair. Observed a buildup of ice in the walk in freezer. Discussed with the person in charge about maintaining the plumbing to ensure no water drips onto food products. The person in charge said that they currently have a work order in place to get it fixed.
