None — 10: 5-202.12(A) 1.) Handwashing sink does not provide water at a temperature of at least 85 degrees F. Observed the hand-washing sink in the main kitchen area with a water temperature of 76 degrees F. Reviewed with person in charge minimum temperature requirements for plumbing fixtures. A work order will be placed for service to restore hand washing temperature. Other plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and employee restroom were observed reaching minimum temperature requirements. 2.) Hand washing sinks lacked hand washing supplies as required by the code. Observed hand sink in the dish area lacking soap during inspection.
