Corrective action: Item was at 66 F and was over 4 hours. Item was discarded. Small reach in cooler was not holding TCS items to appropriate temperatures of 41 F or below. Sliced cheese and sliced ham had temperatures ranging from 50 F - 46 F. Items were over the four hour limit and were discarded. Please see the voluntary condemnation form for a complete list of discarded items. Corrected on site - the small cooler will not be used for TCS items anymore and the display cooler has a work order in on it.
