Corrective action: Observed the employee using sanitizer when washing dishes and went into the prep area without washing hands between changing tasks. Discussed with person in charge and corrected on site.

Signage by office in the back, but no easily visible signage for customers. Person in charge printed allergen notice and updated the overhead menu at the front counter.

Corrective action: Observed employee drinks on prep table in main kitchen. Food and drinks found within the fridge. Corrected on site with the person in charge by moving drinks and food to designated areas for employee items.
