6-301.12 — Hand washing sinks lacked hand washing supplies as required by the code.

None — 16: 4-501.114(A)-(E),(F)(1)-(2) Chemical sanitizing solution(s) used to sanitize food contact surfaces were not being used in accordance with the manufactures' use instructions. Chlorine solution had a deodorizer added. Food grade sanitizer was purchased from local store. Equipment, utensils, and/or food-contact surfaces are not sanitized using approved methods after being cleaned and before use. Corn on the cob toppings were stored in pans from the previous day. Spoke to person in charge about cleaning frequency of food pans and utensils.

7-204.11 — Unapproved chemical sanitizers were used on food-contact surfaces.
