Corrective action: Observed on spray bottle with dish soap and water unlabeled. This was labeled during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed vents in walk in with dust and debris. Observed fans in kitchen with dust and debris. Spoke to person in charge about increasing cleaning frequency of these items.
