Corrective action: Observed no paper towels or hand drying provision at the hand sink near the three-compartment sink. Spoke with person in charge about ensuring hand washing supplies are stocked.

Corrective action: Observed a buildup of debris along the condenser of the ice machine. Spoke with person in charge about cleaning frequency for this item. Per person in charge cleaning company of the ice machine will be called.
