Corrective action: Observed no written procedures for vomit and diarrheal cleanup. Discussed with the person in charge about the need for written procedures which will be provided via email.
3-202.15 — Cans/packaged food containers were dented or damaged.
Corrective action: Observed cans with dents along the top and bottom seams. Spoke to person in charge about routinely checking cans to ensure they are free of dents or damage. Cans were discarded during inspection. See Voluntary Condemnation.
4-301.11 — The equipment available is not capable of cooling, heating, or holding foods at the temperatures required by the code.
Corrective action: Observed a cold-holding unit for drinks located next to the registers by the bathrooms not adequately cold-holding. Discussed with the person in charge that only non temperature control safety drinks will be stored in this unit. The person in charge also mentioned that the distributor is aware of the situation, but will notify them again for maintenance.
