Corrective action: Observed no written procedures when dealing with vomit or diarrhea cleanup events. Discussed with the person in charge about having written procedures, and inspector will send a procedure handout via email.
3-202.15 — Cans/packaged food containers were dented or damaged.
Corrective action: Observed multiple cans with dents along the top, bottom and/or middle seam. Spoke to person in charge about routinely inspected cans for dents. Cans were discarded during inspection. See Voluntary Condemnation.
