Corrective action: Observed no written procedures for vomit and diarrheal cleanup. Discussed with the person in charge about the need for written procedures which will be provided via email.
3-202.15 — Cans/packaged food containers were dented or damaged.
Corrective action: Observed cans with dents along the top seams. Spoke to person in charge about routinely checking cans to ensure they are free of dents or damage. Cans were discarded during inspection. See Voluntary Condemnation.
3-305.11 — Observed food aisles with boxes lining the aisles on the ground.
Corrective action: Discussed with the person in charge that a delivery was received recently before the inspection. Let the person in charge know that they should try and utilize their carts that were holding non food items from the shipment to instead keep the food items off of the ground when receiving shipments.
