Corrective action: Observed a few dented cans with damage along the seams. Discussed with the person in charge to monitor for severe dents or dents along the seams that could compromise the integrity of the product. Dented cans were put aside to be discarded during the inspection.
None — 38: 6-501.111(A-B), and (D) Pests were present in the establishment. Observed cockroaches in the back storage area. Discussed with the person in charge that they do have a pest control service to monitor the pests. Also advised the person in charge on cleaning up soda debris near the area as it may continue to attract the insects.
3-305.11 — Food was not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
Corrective action: Observed food being stored on the floor in the freezer and walk in cold holding unit. Spoke to person in charge about ensuring food items are to be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent the risk of contamination. Food was moved during the inspection.
