Corrective action: Observed 1) pooled eggs holding at 51 degrees F in an ice bath for less than 4 hours. 2) raw shelled eggs holding at 50 degrees F in an ice bath for less than four hours. Person in charge refilled ice bath during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed 5 items on the menu weren't designated to be undercooked. Spoke with person in charge to designate items on the menu.
