Corrective action: Observed employee touch raw hamburger meat and then switch tasks to ready to eat foods. Spoke to person in charge about when to wash. Employee washed hands during inspection.

Corrective action: Observed a gap with visible light coming through the front door and the back door. Spoke with person in charge about ensuring outer opening are sealed. 2.) Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents or other pests were not removed from the establishment often enough to prevent accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests Observed mice droppings in several areas around the dry storage area in the back of the kitchen. Spoke with person in charge about a deep clean and to remove droppings to prevent the risk of more pests. Person in charge stated pest control comes out monthly with traps to prevent pests.
