Corrective action: Observed employees changing tasks without a hand wash in between such as handling payments and then proceeded to food prep without a hand wash in between. Spoke with person in charge about proper hand washing when changing tasks.
6-202.15 — 1.) Outer openings were not protected against the entry of pests.
Corrective action: Observed visible light shining through gaps in the back entry door of the establishment. Reviewed requirements with person in charge to ensure that outer openings are protected from the entry of pests. Weather stripping or replacement of the door shall occur to ensure a sealed close 2.) Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents or other pests were not removed from the establishment often enough to prevent accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. Observed several signs of mice droppings as well as dead mice in the dry storage area outside. Spoke with person in charge about proper removal of pests to prevent the attraction of more pests.
