Corrective action: Observed boxes of chocolate chips sitting on the floor next to the prep and dry storage area. Spoke with the person in charge about keeping boxes of food at least six inches off of the floor to prevent contamination.

Corrective action: Observed a mop drying directly on the floor. Spoke to the person in charge about the need to dry it upright to prevent contamination.
