None — 15: 3-302.11(A)(1)-(2) Raw animal foods were not separated from ready-to-eat foods during storage, or preparation, to prevent cross-contamination. Observed a container with raw ground beef on the bottom shelf of the reach in cold holding unit next to ready-to eat yogurt containers. Spoke to the person in charge about needing to keep raw foods properly stored away from ready-to-eat food items to prevent the possibility of cross contamination. Yogurt was moved to the shelf above the raw meat during the inspection.

None — 28: 7-202.12(A)(2)-(3), and (B) Observed a bucket of ammonia sanitizer reaching concentrations higher than 400ppm. Spoke to the person in charge about the need to maintain the sanitizer concentration within the approved concentration to prevent a toxic substance buildup. Sanitizer was made according to the manufacture's recommendation and fell within the appropriate concentration during the inspection.

3-304.12 — In-use utensils were improperly stored (without the handle above the top of the food, not on a clean surface, not in running water, or not in water of at least 135°F).

6-403.11 — Personal belongings were stored in an unapproved area.
