None — 14: 7.8.1(E)(1-2) Hot water at both hand sinks in the Pre K room had hot water measuring at 121 F. Hot water at hand sinks that children have access to has to be in between 90 F - 120 F.

None — 31: 7.10.1(C)(8) Facility could not present written procedures for cleaning up vomit and diarrhea incidents at the time of inspection. Facility was provided a copy of procedures via e mail. corrected on site.

None — 33: 7.10.3(A)(1-6) Observed a staff member not wash hands after changing a child. Corrected on site: education was provided about appropriate times to wash hands.

None — 39: 7.10.6(B)(2) Observed an employee use the disinfectant after changing a child and then wipe it off without waiting the appropriate contact time ( 1min). Provided education about the appropriate procedure for contact time for disinfectants. Corrected on site.

7.11 — Observed multiple TCS food items in the reach in cooler and freezer that were not appropriately date marked.

None — 50: 7.12.4(C)(1-10) Observed two employee's change diapers without changing gloves between the dirty and clean diapers. During the diapering procedure a new pair of gloves should be worn to put on the clean diaper and clothes. Corrected on site.
