Corrective action: Observed different supplies to aid in the cleanup of a bodily fluid event, but no written procedures were available. Discussed with the person in charge about having a set of procedures available to aid in the cleanup process. Written procedures were provided during the inspection.

Corrective action: Observed prepared lunches and breakfast items that are held for more than 24 hours without a date mark. Discussed with the person in charge that a label should be added to these food items to ensure they are not kept for more than seven days. Labels will be added to these food items.
