Corrective action: Observed no written procedures or cleanup kit available during the inspection for bodily fluid cleanup. Discussed with the person in charge about maintaining a cleanup kit or having written procedures available incase an incident occurs. Written procedures were provided during the inspection.
3-501.17 — Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food(s) that require time or temperature control for safety and is held for more than 24 hours was not properly date marked.
Corrective action: Observed pre-packaged lunches that were prepared three days before without a proper date marking. Discussed with the person in charge that any prepared food item needs to have a date mark if held for longer than 24 hours. A date mark will be added to any food item that has been held for longer than 24 hours.
